Are You Eligible to Dismiss Your Ticket?
Texas law allows most eligible drivers to dismiss one ticket every 12 months by completing a defensive driving course. You generally qualify if all four of these apply to you. Always confirm eligibility with your specific court — rules can vary by jurisdiction.
